UW Carbone Fall Cancer Conference: The Cost of Cancer
The Cost of Cancer
Cancer costs are rising for health care systems. Patients are dealing with the emotional cost of a cancer diagnosis and, for some, the financial toxicity of not being able to afford treatment.
Join us for thought-provoking conversations as we examine the “cost of cancer” at our annual fall cancer conference. Informative presentations and interactive discussions await you!
Our annual fall cancer conference is designed for health care professionals, as well as patients and loved ones.
The conference is designed for individuals who are involved in cancer treatment and education of cancer patients and their families: oncology physicians, primary care physicians, oncology nurses, oncology nurse practitioners, clinical research associates, health educators, social workers, psychologists, chaplains, and other interested health care professionals involved in cancer care. Patients, caregivers and community members are also encouraged to attend.
