IND/IDE Clinical Research Monitor

UW-CTI is looking for an IND/IDE Clinical research Monitor to join our fantastic team. This is primarily a site-based monitoring position located in beautiful Madison, Wisconsin. Travel may be required for multi-site studies. The Clinical Research Monitor is responsible for the oversight of clinical research compliance conducted at UW-Madison investigational sites. The Monitor will conduct a combination of site visits and remove monitoring in accordance with the study monitoring plan. The Monitor is responsible for identifying and escalating protocol deviations, noncompliance, and data discrepancies to ensure compliance with the study protocols and all applicable regulatory frameworks including but not limited to current FDA regulations, applicable ICH.GCP guidelines, IRB/EC policies, state and federal law, and University of Wisconsin standard operation procedures. This position works under minimal supervision, working closely with study teams, site personnel, and monitoring manager for resolution of site issues found during monitoring.

Clinical Trials Financial Analyst

CTI is seeking a Clinical Trials Financial Analyst to provide comprehensive financial support services to CTI’s leadership team and faculty conducting clinical research. This position will work closely with the Clinical Trials Associate Director of Finance, Accountants, Budget Negotiators and Clinical Research Coordinators in CTI to provide post-award clinical trial budget oversight.

 

This position will be expected to collect, analyze and monitor clinical trial financial data, submit and oversee research billing compliance activities, and review study calendars and budget setup for clinical trials in Oncore. This position will assist in the planning, implementation and continuous use of Oncore financials within CTI as well as assist in Workday transition planning and decision making.

Clinical Trials Training and Learning Manager

The Clinical Trials Training and Learning Manager will be responsible for building, maintaining and enhancing a competency-driven education program for clinical research staff, investigators and partners. Establishing a full on-boarding program for clinical trials coordinators and new investigators. Using knowledge of adult learning principles, various technology based, in-person and blended training methods, this position will provide training and education that based on accepted benchmarks to meet goals for the clinical trials quality management system. Working with clinical trials leaders, will establish new trainings based on areas of concern or development and needs for effective and impactful knowledge transfer. Additionally, this position will support the University of Wisconsin Clinical Trials Institute by providing input and coordination related to the ACRES/SASI Accreditation agenda and goals.

Lab Research Technician

We are seeking a Lab Research Technician to:

  • Receive specimens and research kits into laboratory, check specimens for correct labeling and appropriateness, enter tests into the Laboratory Information System, process and ship speicmens and load them onto instruments or directing them to the appropriate workstation, technologist or storage area.
  • Process research specimens per written instructions.
  • Have a high level of communication and organizational skills for complex processing
  • As time allows, may include phlebotomy duties as well
