UnityPoint Health–Meriter and the Black Men Coalition of Dane County (BMCDC) announced an employment partnership to expand career opportunities for underrepresented individuals in the health care industry.
BMCDC provides mentorship, education, hiring, and more, and the organization works closely with Meriter to provide career placement and workforce development services. This initiative aims to equip participants with the necessary skills and support to succeed in health care careers. To date, seven Meriter team members have been hired through the program, with the goal of expanding to 40 over the next few years. Read more …
