Whether it’s the latest “miracle” treatment or a suspected carcinogen, misinformation about cancer is everywhere. Sarah Kotila, a nurse who’s also the clinical trials navigator manager at the UW Carbone Cancer Center, recently joined Wisconsin Public Radio to discuss some misconceptions about cancer and clinical trials.
